ALL YEAR LONG – GRIMALDI FORUM MONACO – 10 AVENUE PRINCESSE GRACE – THE GRIMALDI FORUM MONACO IS DEVELOPING ITS OFFER OF HYBRID EVENTS. While the events sector is undergoing major upheavals linked to the issues of health security and physical distancing, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco is adapting. After having received the Monaco Safe label which guarantees the organization of an event at the GFM in the best conditions, the Principality’s congress and culture center is enriching the range of its services with innovative event solutions combining face-to-face participation and virtual. In collaboration with its historical partner Key4Events, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco offers its clients turnkey solutions for: Allow participants who cannot be physically present, whether alone or in groups, to attend live or delayed events on one or more other sites, with the possibility of interacting live; Invite speakers who cannot be physically present to speak remotely, live or recorded. To complete its capture, distribution and branding offer, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco also offers content storage and downloads solutions, as well as statistical studies to measure the impact of these hybrid events which can be of all types (congresses , conferences, seminars, exhibitions, fairs etc.) For Sylvie Biancheri, Managing Director of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco “Distancing cannot replace face-to-face contact – human contact is the very essence of our activity – but the concept of a hybrid or“ phygital ”event makes it possible to overcome a temporary impossibility to participate in an event, as can currently be the case with the # Covid19 health crisis. By streaming the event to one or more relocated hubs where other participants are gathered, this concept can also increase the audience of an event that has reached its maximum face-to-face capacity, and in this it constitutes an interesting lever for development. ” Contact: Dany Rubrecht, Director of Communications – +377 99 99 25 02 – drubrecht@grimaldiforum.com
