DECK 02 BY HAPPY CULTURE: A NEW BAR IN NICE COTE D’AZUR

NICE. A year after a new Four Stars Hotel show in the tourist landscape of the Côte d’Azur, The Deck Hotel by Happy Culture inaugurates DECK 02, a trendy bar that this summer is about to become “the new place to be” in the heart of Nice.
Throughout the summer 2019, homemade cocktails and tapas will delight the French Riviera in a unique setting constantly reminding them that we are just 150m from the sea. A heaven of peace in the heart of the Golden Square (the Carré d’Or) of this wonderful Mediterranean town, it looks like a secret garden lit by the rays passing through the modular pergola that keeps the ideal temperature in all weather’s condition.
On the card side, the young barmaid Pauline acts as a proper hostess and adapts her creations to everyone’s desires with a collection of signature creations perfectly made that will refresh the hearts and the bodies during the warm summer evenings “à la niçoise”.
Original and tasty, the “Pitchounette”, the “Frozé” and the “Deck’s Smash” will become the new cocktails “trend” of the season, all offered at affordable rates by the DECK 02 beverages Card: cocktails at 9 €, glass of wine from 4 € and soft drinks from 3 € –

6 cl. Manguin melon aperitif
1 egg white
3 dash of Angustura
1 cl sugar syrup
2.5 cl of lemon

A few days after opening, the DECK 02 has yet found its “bestseller”, the “Deck Smash”. Created by the team of The Deck Hotel by Happy Culture, this tasty and refreshing summer cocktail already has its regulars among the first customers. The secret of its recipe is a taste of melon subtly marrying the tonicity of some “dash” of Angostura and the sweetness of the sugar syrup.
